If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help!

Returns

You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must still be in the original packaging and the tags must still be attached.

The item cannot be worn, used, washed or otherwise altered from its original condition.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Your item must be labeled with a Return Authorization Code, which you can obtain by calling 877-778-3262 or emailing us at baybeeluvboutique64@gmail.com.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting your item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit or debit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit in accordance with your card issuer’s policies.

Some items may be assessed a 15% restocking fee, and some items cannot be returned. CLEARANCE and SALE items are all final and cannot be returned for a refund.

Exchanges

Some items may not qualify for a refund, but they may qualify for an exchange. If an exchange is needed due to OUR ERROR, we will cover the cost of shipping the return item and shipping the replacement item.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs on all orders are non-refundable. If you qualify for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
